This article will explain the features and how to implement our OneTrust cookie consent management integration. This integration allows you to deploy your own OneTrust consent management system within your Gradual community.
What this integration does
Gradual's OneTrust integration allows you to launch your own cookie consent pop-up within your Gradual community.
The integration will:
Launch your consent pop-up when a user visits your community
Displays a consent management link in the page footer
Disables Gradual's native cookie consent pop-up
How to set up the integration
Navigate to the "Integrations" tab in the Gradual Dashboard
Click "setup" on the OneTrust integration tile
Enter your Domain Script ID (this can be found in your OneTrust dashboard)
Click "Save"
Customizing the consent management page footer
Navigate to the "Customization" --> "Footer" tab in the Gradual Dashboard
If the OneTrust integration was set up successfully you should see a "Your Privacy Choices" footer item.
You can adjust the order of the footer items by dragging them
If you click "edit" on the "Your Privacy Choices" option, you can enable the blue privacy choices icon
*As long as the OneTrust integration is enabled, you cannot remove or disable the "Your Privacy Choices" footer item.
