Re-Send Event Receipts and Confirmation

From either the user front-end of Gradual or the dashboard you can re-send an event confirmation or receipt. 

Resending a receipt or sending to a different email

The event registrant can:

1. Navigate to the event page

2. Click "View Receipt"

3. Enter the email where they'd like to send the receipt (this can be their own or a different email)

4. Click "Send"

This document can be shared with community members with instructions on how to resend their receipt.

From the Admin Dashboard:

1. Navigate to the event

2. Click "Attendees" and locate the attendee for whom you'd like to resend the receipt

3. Click on the attendee

4. Click "Resend Receipt" *this will send the receipt to the email address for that attendee where it can be forwarded further.
