Event Reports

There are several self-service event reports available for download from the dashboard to help you better understand attendee engagement for all your virtual and in-person events.

Within the event dashboard, the Reports tab will offer all available exports, depending on the type of event. These exports can be generated by admins and collaborators and will be sent to the inbox of the requester as a CSV file.

Note: All timestamps in reports you generate will be in your local timezone (not the event's timezone)


Available Reports

Sessions Report

This report generates detailed information about what sessions attendees tuned into and for how long. This report uses the data submitted in the Event SetUp and tracks only attendees who logged into the event and viewed the content for more than one minute.

Agenda

This report generates the total minutes each attendee viewed each agenda session in the livestream or hybrid event. If there is no agenda built for an event, the total minutes each attendee viewed are from the start time to the end time of the event. Only attendance to the speaking sessions is counted, so 'break' sessions, 'meeting' rooms and 'roundtable' sessions within the agenda are not included.

IMPORTANT: The report follows the exact date and time the sessions start and end in the Agenda that is built in the EventSetUp in the dashboard. If your event is running ahead of schedule, or behind, it will not track those discrepancies.

It is important to verify that your agenda matches the date and time of the hosted event before you go live, so this report generates accurate results.

Viewership

This report shows the total minutes each attendee viewed each session as it is set in the Agenda. Currently, viewership is tracked only if an attendee views for >1 minute.

Each attendee is listed by their email address and the total duration spent in the event or session is listed in line with their ID. For collaborators, event managers & editors will see the attendee's full name instead of email address.

Note: This report does not provide the time the attendee logged in or out of the event. That information can be found in the attendee export.

Event Data

This report generates other helpful information about the event like who created it in the dashboard, the exact date and time the event started and ended and any speakers or sponsors.

Registered Attendees Report

This report generates detailed information on all registered attendees with their profile and event registration information. This report can be generated from the Reports tab, or the Attendees tab.

Use the attendee export report to decipher who was there, and who didn’t show up.

Meeting events:

The Attendee report includes three fields that will help you see who logged in, for how long and when.

  • Total Duration (min): shows how many minutes the attendee was logged into the meeting room
  • First Joined At & Last Left At: shows when they first joined the meeting room and when they last left the meeting room

Livestream events:

Export the Attendee report immediately following the event to see when attendees were last online, and in the event.

  • Last Online: shows the timestamp attendees were last online
    • If the timestamp was during the date & time of the event, they were logged in - if not, they were a no-show

Logged In Attendees Report

This report generates detailed information on all attendees who logged into the event for more than 1 minute, with their profile and event registration information. This report can be generated from the Reports tab, or the Attendees tab.

1:1 Match Report

This report generates detailed information on all attendees who participated in the 1:1 matching. This report includes all match history and the profile and event registration information for each participant.

Chat History Report

This report generates detailed information on each chat message (deleted messages included) from all stages and rooms. This report includes the message, by who (member id, email, title and company), when, and on what stage or channel (breakout rooms included).

This report can also be exported from the event dashboard → Channels → Select the stage → 'Export' in the upper right-hand side.

Q&A History Report

This report generates detailed information on each question asked from all stages or rooms. This report includes the question asked, by who (member id, email, title and company), when, on what stage, and if it received any upvotes. If moderated Q&A is enabled, it will show if it was answered, in review or deleted and the timestamp of when it was answered.

Checked-In Attendees Report

This report generates detailed information on all attendees who checked into the event with their profile and event registration information. Attendees can be manually checked in to in-person and hybrid events via the dashboard or by utilizing the Gradual Check-In app.

Checked-In Guests Report

This report generates detailed information on all guest attendees who checked into the event on-site. Guests can be manually added to in-person and hybrid events via the dashboard or by utilizing the Gradual Check-In app.

In-Person Meeting Report

This report generates detailed information on all attendees who scheduled one-on-one meetings during an in-person event, using the Gradual Go mobile event app. This report includes the timestamp of the meeting's start and end, where they met and which users were in the meeting (User IDs, Names, Emails, Titles, Companies).

Scan Report

This report generates detailed information on all attendees and sponsors who scanned the QR codes during an in-person event, using the Gradual Go mobile event app. This report includes the attendee who scanned, the attendee who was scanned (User IDs, Names, Emails, Titles, Companies), and the timestamp of the scan.

Export History

From within the Reports tab in the event dashboard, you can also see all requested exports for that event. The admin or collaborator who requested them, and when, are listed in this history as well.

Exports will expire after 7 days, and will not be available for download after expiration. If you'd like to download that list again and it is expired, simply navigate back to the Reports tab, and request the export again.
