Integrate your Gradual community activity into Common Room; where all your active community channels β€” Slack, Discord, GitHub, etc. connect to automate engagement workflows and show your team's impact.

Setting up the Common Room Integration

Configure this integration in your dashboard under 'Integrations' by adding your Token & Destination Source ID from Common Room.

Common Room Activities and Workflows

Gradual will send the following activities to Common Room:

  • User sign up

  • User first login

  • User finish onboarding

  • User activates

  • User approval status update

  • User profile update

  • User type change

  • Event registration

  • Event registration cancel

  • Event attend

  • Event check in

  • Event uncheck in

  • Forum post create

  • Forum comment create

  • Forum post upvote

  • Forum post downvote

These activities can be used in two ways, either viewed on the contact in their activity feed, or used to build segments and workflows. Gradual's activities will appear in what is referred to as the subSource in Common Room. This will allow you to filter workflows based on those activity types.
