For In-Person and Hybrid events, you are able to manage on-site check-in within the Gradual Dashboard and through the check-in app. Here you can check in users, register new attendees on-site, and export lists of users who are checked in or are still due to check in.
From the dashboard
From the Gradual Dashboard, go to the Event Setup tab
Navigate to the Check-In page tab
From the Check-in view you can:
Mark a user as checked in
Undo check in
View checked in attendees
View registrants that are still due to check in
💡 Pro Tips:
List can be sorted by first name, last name, and time checked in by clicking on the arrows within the title tab.
To manually add a last minute attendee, click on the top right hand box ‘New Attendee’ and fill out their info. If they are already a member, you just need to check them in!
To edit a profile, click on their avatar, and make the changes needed within their profile on the spot.
To export this list, select the Export button in upper right.
Using the check-in app
Utilize the on-site app to check in attendees, register guests, and print name badges from an iPad. You can also ask that all attendees agree to terms and conditions like NDAs or photo releases using the app.
