You can create, capture registrations, and manage check-in for in-person events through the admin dashboard and through new engaging mobile apps.
Elevate attendee engagement with your event agenda, speakers, and fellow registrants through the Gradual Go event mobile app - available for your upcoming in-person conferences and events.
If your event will have virtual components or streaming to a virtual audience - consider building a hybrid event instead.
Creating Event
To get started in creating an in-person event, head to the Gradual dashboard and select Events.
Create a new event and select In-Person as the event type.
Enter the title, timezone, and date. This event type differs from the others as you will also need to enter a physical address where the event will take place.
Note: The event address is only visible to logged-in users. The event address is not displayed on the public event page.
Complete the rest of the event setup as usual. Add speakers and format your agenda.
๐ก Pro Tip: For all events, Gradual registrants receive automated reminder emails before the event. For virtual events, registrants receive a reminder the day before the event and 30 minutes prior. For In-Person events, registrants just receive the reminder the day prior.
Check in Attendees
You can check in attendees through the dashboard as as admin, or provide a self-service kiosk for attendees to check in on an iPad, and print their name badges.
