The event slides, presentations, and materials can now be uploaded and shared on the event landing and detail page as PDFs so attendees can download and engage with the materials ahead, during, or after the event.
You can load up to 20 PDFs to an event, and decide the order in which they appear on the event landing page. If certain slides are associated with an agenda session you can also add them to that agenda piece in the dashboard.
This feature is available in all events, except 1:1 networking events:

You can add slides to agenda sessions in particular from the slides' edit page:

Attendees can then see and download the slides for the specific session ahead of time, or during the event.

Visibility
The visibility of all slides within an event can be controlled within the event dashboard, in the Slides tab, with the visibility toggle in the upper right-hand side.
Currently, you cannot control the visibility or access of individual slide PDFs, the setting affects all slides within an event. All slides are currently defaulted to allow for downloading, and that setting cannot be changed.
Access
Slides' access will follow the event's access settings and controls; Space-restricted events will only show slides to those in the space, member-only restricted events will only show to logged-in members, etc.
Currently, you cannot control the visibility or access of individual slide PDFs, the setting affects all slides within an event. All slides are currently defaulted to allow for downloading, and that setting cannot be changed.
Event Landing Page
Slides will appear and be downloadable on the event landing page, from the Slides section.
Agenda
If slide(s) are assigned to an agenda session, they will also appear and be downloadable in the agenda on the event landing page and within the livestream or hybrid event environment, in the Agenda section.
During livestream & hybrid events
If slide(s) are associated with an agenda item, the slides will appear within the agenda during the livestream or hybrid event, from the agenda session.
After the event has ended
Once an event has ended, slides are easily accessible from the Slides icon - found throughout the community.
When a user selects the slides icon, the system will automatically drop the user down to the Slides section of the event landing page and the URL will include the anchor parameter, if you want to share that URL in communications to direct folks to the materials from the event.
