Allow registrants to join events before the start time

Just like in-person events you can open the “doors” to the event before the start time. This allows attendees to join early and get the conversation started before you've officially kick off programming. Setting up this feature allows members to be all set and ready to go for the event on time!

From the  Events page, open the event and on the far right, click on ‘ Edit’.

Go to the ‘ General Information’ tab and navigate to the space below the  Date field where it says to ‘ Admit Attendees’ and change to ‘ At Specified Time’

This will result in the  Join button being available at the time you specify so attendees can join, but doesn’t change the published start time or other information about the event. <
