Wistia or Vidyard
To embed a video hosted on Wistia or Vidyard within a blog, we'll need to use a slightly different URL than the standard hosting URL you would use to post just the video itself.
Wistia
This URL can be found in iframe embed code within Wistia in the Embed & Share menu and Inline Embed.
The URL will be next to
src="https://fast.wistia.net/embed/iframe/doma3zc7bg?videoFoam=true"
Vidyard
The source URL is necessary for Vidyard, as it is the URL for just the video file itself. The URL should look something like this with unique digits at the end: https://play.vidyard.com/XXXXXXXXX

Note: Ensure that the embed URL is shared as 'visible to anyone' or public.
