Club Admin Guide: Forums

Forums are Gradual’s community message board where members can start conversations, share ideas, and spark discussion. As a club admin, you can view activity, moderate posts, and customize your club's forum board.

Each club has one forum board available. If you do not see the forum menu item in your club dashboard, reach out to your community administrator.

Overview Tab

The Overview page provides general statistics about what’s happening in the club-level forum. Use this page to track overall engagement and forum activity.

Posts and Comments

The Posts & Comments tab shows all forum posts and replies in one place. From here, you can manage and moderate activity, if needed.

  • Mark posts or comments as spam and delete them

  • Permanently delete posts or comments

To take action:

  1. Locate the post or comment

  2. Use the Actions dropdown on the right-hand side

Report Moderation

The Report Moderation tab shows reports submitted by club members about forum posts or comments.

  • Review reported content

  • Decide whether to dismiss the report or take action using the actions dashboard

Forum Settings

The Settings tab allows you to customize the look and functionality of your club’s forum.

  • Update cover images and banners

  • Add or remove board topics

  • Assignboard moderators

  • Control which post types are available (questions or/and discussions)

  • Change access to space-restricted
