You can share one recording from an event with people in your community, without publishing it as a post-event replay. Recipients open a link, sign in, and watch the recording on its own page.

Share a recording
In the dashboard, open the event and go to Recordings.
Find the recording you want to share and select Share.
Choose who can watch it.
Set when the link should stop working.
Copy the link and send it to the people you want to reach.
The link is created as soon as the share settings open, and it stays the same afterwards. Changing who can watch, or turning sharing off and on again, never replaces it with a different link.
Who can watch
Choose one of three options:
Restricted — nobody can watch. The link exists but does not work. Use this to switch sharing off without losing the link you have already sent.
Event registrants — anyone registered for the event can watch.
Specific members — only the members you select can watch. They are emailed a link when you add them.
Members you add are emailed once. Saving the same list again does not email anyone, and adding one more member emails only that person.
If you narrow who can watch — for example moving from Event registrants to Specific members, or removing someone — Gradual asks you to confirm before saving.
When the link stops working
A share link expires 30 days after you create it. You can choose any date up to a year ahead.
In Restricted the expiry date cannot be edited, because the link is not active.
What the recipient sees
Recipients must sign in to your community before they can watch. Anyone who is not covered by your access setting sees a message instead of the video, and so does anyone opening the link after it has expired.
The recording page shows the video, and — where the recording was transcribed — a transcript and an AI summary alongside it. A recording without a transcript shows only the video.
If a recording was captured in several segments, sharing one segment shares only that segment: its transcript covers that part of the session alone.
