When growing your community or following an event, it’s always a good idea to know and track who has registered, and who has attended for follow-ups about upcoming events, feedback, and more. This function is available from the Gradual dashboard.
From Attendees Tab
Sign into the dashboard, select Events from the main menu and select the event from the event list.
Head to the Attendees tab within the specific event menu.
Click Export and it will export the current view, either Registered or Logged In.

Use the attendee export report to decipher who was there, and who didn’t show up.
Meeting events:
The Attendee report includes three fields that will help you see who logged in, for how long and when.
Total Duration (min): shows how many minutes the attendee was logged into the meeting room
First Joined At & Last Left At: shows when they first joined the meeting room and when they last left the meeting room
Livestream events:
Export the Attendee report immediately following the event to see when attendees were last online, and in the event.
Last Online: shows the timestamp attendees were last online
If the timestamp was during the date & time of the event, they were logged in - if not, they were a no-show
