The Gradual – Community Platform mobile app is available on both iPhone and Android. As a sponsor, you can use the app to increase visibility, connect with attendees, and build meaningful relationships during events.
Before the Event
Download the App

Google Play Installation [For Android devices]
Log In
Open the app, select the community hosting the event, and sign in with your email.
Set Up Your Profile
Add your name, company, photo, and bio so attendees know who you are.
Make sure your contact details are accurate for follow-ups.
Join the Event
Inside the app in the proper community, navigate to the event, register if you haven’t already, and click join to enter the event experience.
During the Event
Use the QR Code Scanner
Tap the QR code icon in the top-right corner of the event page.
Share your personal QR code so attendees can scan and connect.
Scan attendee QR codes to save their information for networking later.
Engage with Attendees
Open the Attendees tab within the event.
From here, you can:
Request meetings to schedule one-on-one time.
Start chats for direct conversations.
Add private notes on attendee profiles so you can remember key details after the event.
After the Event
Review Your Notes
Review the Attendees tab and revisit notes you added during the event.
Follow Up
Use direct messaging to reconnect with attendees you met.
Reference the notes you saved to personalize your follow-up.
Request meetings with attendees you met with.

Encourage attendees to scan your QR code during the event to maximize connections.
Use meeting requests to prioritize valuable conversations.
