What to do after an event has ended
Congratulations - you’ve just hosted a successful event! Here are some steps to take to continue engagement with your members if they access the event environment.
Export attendees
After your event has ended, you can export and track who attended from your dashboard, within the event's Attendee tab. Compare the list of attendees to those that registered to see who missed out and would benefit from event replays.

After your event has ended, you can generate a number of event reports to see and track attendee engagement.

Upload replays
If your event included a video or a recording of sessions, you can upload these videos as content and publish them as post-event replays.

Post notifications
Post a notification that populates at the top of the user’s screen when they sign into the event that drives them to content, another upcoming event, a post-event survey, or any URL.

Pin chat message
Post a message in the livestream chat that is pinned to the top that drives members to the post-event survey, another upcoming event, or content.

Encourage people to network with other attendees
Event attendees that messaged with one another can still access their messages in Gradual. They’ll be accessible in their Messages tab at the Event or Community level.
One-on-one matching can stay live through the Match tab in the event menu and as long as the event is published, participants can see who they've connected with in the match histories from the Match tab as well.
Track engagement in Sponsor booths
Engagement in sponsor booths can be found in the Analytics tab within the booths: see booth visits and the number of views of featured content, links, etc. If lead capture was enabled on a feature, you can access that data in the Leads Captured tab within the booth or empower your sponsor admins to export that data themselves.

Close access to event
If at any time you want to close access to the event environment entirely, you should Unpublish it.
- Sign into your dashboard.
- Select Events and select the event you’d like to unpublish.
- Select Actions in the upper right, and select Unpublish from the drop down menu.
Note: Those that participated in one-on-one matching will no longer be able to access their match history if the event is unpublished. Any chat conversations they had during that match session is accessible in their Messages tab, with the main community, though.
