Clubs: Chapters & Interest Groups

Offer your community clubs, groups, chapters to interact and access content or events specific to them. This is an alternative to spaces and provides a forward facing grouping for users.

Updated over a week ago

Feature your community's geographical chapters or interest groups; promote their events, content, members, and leadership through Clubs.

This is a more forward-facing option to group your members and provide a place for them to engage, interact, and access content or events specific to them. Spaces is a behind the scenes grouping and access setting, while Clubs is the visible option for your members.

From the Clubs page, members can explore chapters from an interactive world map, see a list of all interest groups and learn more about club events, content, and leadership within their Club page.

Club Assets & Features

There are several assets you can build, promote, and share within clubs - forum discussions, events for members, content specific to them, members' profiles, and featured leaders of the club.

Forum

Start dialogue and conversation amongst club members with nested Forum discussions in your chapters and interest groups. Learn more about this feature and user experience here.

Events

Clubs can host events specific to their chapter or group, and promote them from within their club's page or at the community level to drum up interest and registrations from non-club members.

Note: Registrants of club-level events will automatically be added as club members upon event registration.

Content

Clubs can publish content specific to their chapter or group, and promote them within their club's page, or at the community level to share ideas with other non-club members.

Note: Content browsing from within Clubs is similar to community-level content exploration.
