The club list page is the homepage or landing page of all the chapters and interest groups in your community; the page that members land on when they select 'Clubs' from the main menu.
You have the option to add a customizable banner, an interactive map, and the list of clubs in a variety of formats in the center of the page, and an optional Community Info card on the right hand side.
Customization of this page is handled in the dashboard, in the Clubs → Club Layouts tab, in the Club List Page tab
Cover/Banner
The banner appears at the top of the page and allows you to customize the background image, title, subtitle, and the alignment of the banner content. You can choose between a centered layout or a left-aligned layout to match the design of your community.
It is optional and the visibility of the banner can be toggled off in the dashboard.
You can customize the banner from Clubs → Club Layouts → Club List Page → Banner in the admin dashboard.
Under Banner Layout, choose how the banner title and subtitle are positioned:
Center Mode: Displays the title and subtitle in the center of the banner. This is the default layout and is the layout used by existing communities.
Left-Aligned Mode: Displays the title and subtitle on the left side of the banner. The banner image is positioned to provide more open space for the text on the left, creating a layout consistent with banners used on Events, Courses, Collections, and other pages. This layout also includes an Icon setting, where you can select an available icon, use a custom icon, or select None if you do not want to display an icon. The Icon setting is only available when using Left-Aligned Mode.
When you select a layout, the banner preview updates so you can review how the title, subtitle, and image will be positioned before saving your changes.
If uploading a graphic, keep in mind that the title and subtitle appear as white text over the banner image. The recommended image format is 3600 × 500px | JPG | Up to 5 MB.
Changing the Banner Layout does not replace or modify your existing banner image. It only changes how the title, subtitle, and image are positioned. If you use Left-Aligned Mode, place important visual content toward the right side of the image so it does not compete with the text on the left.
Chapters & Interest Groups
Visibility of Modules
You can make each club module (chapters or interest groups) visible or hidden in the community by toggling the module on or off.
If toggled 'On' the module all visible chapters and clubs within will appear in the community.
If toggled 'Off' the module and all chapters or clubs within will NOT appear in the community.
Order
You can customize which module appears first, chapters or interest groups by dragging and dropping the module to the order you'd like.
Map (Chapters only)
Currently, the map is defaulted to appear and show all chapters with locations selected. The map's club locations will be pulled from the chapters module, and the locations selected from the location-picker. Members can interact with the map by dragging and focusing on regions to see where chapters are represented.
You can choose to move the map to appear below chapters or have it remain above chapters. You can also choose to disable the map entirely from Club Settings → Club List Page Layout → Chapters → Map
Chapters Style
Chapters are the geographic clubs and can be listed on the page in a variety of ways. You can customize what 'chapters' are called in these settings, and how they are listed and displayed.
Name
Change the name of 'Chapters' by selecting the edit button beside the name.
Names can be no more than 30 characters and once changed will be reflected across the platform.
Layout
Opt to have your chapters listed in any of six layouts, grouped by cover format: Vertical Cover (Large vertical card, Vertical card, List with vertical cover), Horizontal Cover (Horizontal card, List with horizontal cover), and No Cover (Text list).
When switching between a vertical-cover layout and a horizontal-cover layout, the dashboard will ask you to confirm the change before applying it. If a club cover image does not match the selected layout, Gradual will automatically crop the image to fit the layout on the live page. In vertical card and list-with-vertical-cover layouts, longer club names wrap onto multiple lines instead of being cut off. See examples of each layout option below.

Regions
You can group your chapters by regions and customize the name of those regions. Regions help organize the chapters but are optional to your club architecture. There can be up to 50 regions, and region-based organization remains available regardless of which list layout you choose.
If there is only one region in your dashboard, and all clubs are assigned to that region, it will not appear on the club page for users to select.
If there are more than one region and clubs assigned to multiple regions, they will appear for users to select and see clubs assigned to that region.
You can add, reorder, rename them, or delete them entirely from this settings page, or from within the Chapters tab in your dashboard.
Interest Groups
Interest groups are clubs with no geographic location and can be listed on the page in a variety of ways. You can customize what 'interest groups' are called in these settings, and how they are listed and displayed.
Name
Change the name of 'Interest Groups' by selecting the edit button beside the name.
Names can be no more than 30 characters and once changed will be reflected across the platform.
Layout
Interest groups can use the same six layouts as chapters: Vertical Cover (Large vertical card, Vertical card, List with vertical cover), Horizontal Cover (Horizontal card, List with horizontal cover), and No Cover (Text list).
The selected layout changes how the groups are displayed, but interest groups still use category-based organization on the page. If a club cover image does not match the selected layout, Gradual will automatically crop the image to fit. In vertical card and list-with-vertical-cover layouts, longer club names wrap onto multiple lines instead of being cut off.
Categories
You can group your interest groups by categories, and customize the name of those categories. These help organize the interest groups but are optional to your club architecture. There can be up to 50 categories, and categories remain available regardless of which list layout you choose.
If there is only one category in your dashboard, and all clubs are assigned to that category, it will not appear on the club page for users to select.
If there are more than one category and clubs are assigned to multiple categories, they will appear for users to select and see clubs assigned to that category.
You can add, reorder, rename them, or delete them entirely from this settings page, or from within the Interest Groups tab in your dashboard.
Community Info Card
This graphic card provides an overview of your community on the Club homepage. You can opt to have this shown (by turning on visibility) or hide it on that page (by turning off visibility) in Club Settings.
By following these steps, customize and change this info card in your community Settings tab.
