Generating Reports

To generate these reports, dashboard admins can navigate to Community, and to Reports. They then select the report they'd like to generate from the list.

The report request will start, and the system will automatically deliver the downloadable CSV to the admin's email inbox. Larger reports may take a few minutes.

If you do not receive your report within 15 minutes, please reach out to the Gradual team.

Export History

The dashboard will display a history of all the reports generated by your dashboard administrators, with details on who generated the report and when. Reports can be downloaded for up to 7 days after initial request. If a report has expired and is not available for download, simply re-generate the reports.
