The URL redirection feature allows you to redirect traffic from one community URL or link to another. This is helpful if an event slug has changed and you want members to be sent to the correct event landing page after the change.
This feature only allows redirection of URLs within the community, so the start of the URL will always be the community URL.
Set up a URL Redirection
URL Links
Before you set up the redirection, you will need the full URLs of the two links, the link you want to redirect from, and the link you want to redirect to. You will use the slug or link text past your community domain.
An example:
https://community.gradual.com/
is the domain URLhttps://community.gradual.com/home/events/april-2025-product-update-9fdds9zpd5
is the full event URLhome/events/april-2025-product-update-9fdds9zpd5
is the event slug URL that I will need to use for URL redirection
Add URL Redirection links

This page shows all URL redirections for the community
Select the + Add URL Redirection button in the upper right
Enter the URL slug that you want users to be directed FROM in the first field
