The Members List page in your dashboard helps you see all the users in your system, no matter their access level, their member type or their activation status. You can add members to your community from this page, filter members from this tab, export the full member lists, and more.
Access
This tab or page in the dashboard can only be accessed by admin dashboards and cannot be accessed via the collaborator or club admin level dashboards.
Member List
All members added to the community and system will appear in the tab and on these pages, including those who were added via the dashboard, via public API, or who signed up themselves on the front end, AND who have been marked unapproved or pending approval.
The list will show the members' profile picture (if loaded), name, email address, company & title, member type, email, and any Spaces they've joined or been added to.
It will also show the date they joined (via any route) and when they were last online (blank if they have not signed in).
It will also indicate if they are activated or not.
Users with a 'Yes' value for activated have signed up, logged in, and/or claimed their account.
Users with a 'No' value for activated have been added via the dashboard (bulk upload or one-by-one) or via public API, but have NOT logged in or claimed their account.
Member's profile
Access the member's profile by selecting their name. You can take action on their profile from the list or their profile.
Add Members
You can add members to your community and system via bulk import, one-by-one or via Gradual's public API. Check out the resources below to add members to the community:
Members are also added to this list via self-service sign-up if your community is not set to invite only. They will appear on the Member List once they've signed up on the front end.
Filter Members
Your members list is extensive, but filters at the top of the page allow you to filter and sort the page to see only those members with various qualities.
Member Access Levels
There are three types of access levels for your members: approved, pending approval and unapproved. To filter the entire list by approved, pending approval or unapproved, select the level from the top of the page. Filtering or exporting from these pages will only show you members with that selected access level.
Note: Exporting from these pages within the tab will reflect the filter. If you select Pending Approval from the top, and export from that page, your CSV export will only be those users with the Pending Approval access level.
