As a Club Admin, you have full control over creating, managing, and publishing content in your clubs. This guide covers Videos, Blogs & Resources, and External Content Links, showing all Admin-level functionality to make content creation, editing, and management easy.
If you are a Club Manager or Club Editor, you may not see all controls or functionality listed below in your dashboard. The community admin or club admin can control the level and controls for you.
Videos
Creating Videos
Admins can create new videos by navigating to Content → Videos in the dashboard. Click + Add New Video and complete the required fields:
Title – Displayed to members on the front end
Video URL – From a supported hosting platform (YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, etc.)
Cover Image – Thumbnail for the video
Duration – Length of the video
Optional fields include Summary, Transcript, and Speakers. These provide extra context for members. Click ‘Submit’ to save.
Editing Videos
Select a video from the list and click Edit Video from the actions dropdown. When you edit a video, you can update any information, including title, URL, cover image, and content details. Club Admins can adjust the Published Time so content appears in the desired order in the community.
Publishing & Unpublishing
Click ‘Publish’ in the top right to make a video visible and searchable in the community. Click Unpublish to hide a video temporarily; unpublished videos can still be shared privately via their direct URL. Here is a resource on published vs. unpublished content.
Club admins can also schedule publishing for a future date and promote content to the community level.
SEO Settings
Admins can edit SEO settings through the SEO Settings option in the video overview. This lets club admins adjust keywords, description, and cover image.
Deleting Videos
To permanently remove a video, head into your video overview, into the actions dropdown, and click Delete on the detail page. Deletion is irreversible.

Blogs
Create a blog
Navigate to Content → Blogs in the dashboard. Click + New Blog and complete the required fields: title, subtitle, cover image, and content. The summary and author fields are optional but recommended. Click Submit to save.
Edit a blog
Select a blog from the list, find the actions settings, and click Edit to make changes. Adjust the published time if needed—the newest published content appears first in the community.
Publish / Unpublish
Published blogs are visible and searchable on the front end. Unpublished blogs remain hidden but can be shared privately via the direct URL. Here is a resource on published vs. unpublished content.

Delete a blog
Admins can permanently delete a blog by selecting Delete from the actions dropdown on the blog overview page. Deleted blogs cannot be recovered.
Resources
Create a resource
Navigate to Content → Resources and click + New Resource. Fill in the title, subtitle, cover image, and content blocks. Use Heading 1 and Heading 2 to create a table of contents automatically. Click Submit to save.
Edit a resource
Select the resource from the list and click Edit. Make changes to the content or the published time. Any updates will appear in the order of publication on the live resource page.
Publish / Unpublish
Published resources are live and searchable by members. Unpublished resources remain hidden and can be shared privately via the direct URL. Here is a resource on published vs. unpublished content.

Delete a resource
Admins can permanently delete a resource by selecting Delete on the blog detail page. Deleted blogs cannot be recovered.

External Content Links
Creating External Content
Admins can create external content links via Content → External Content. Click + New External Content and fill in:
Title – Displayed to members
External Link – URL to the content outside the community
Summary & Cover Image
Click Submit to save.
Editing External Content
Select the content from the list and click Edit to update any information. Admins can adjust the Published Time for content order.
Publish / Unpublish

Deleting External Content
Admins can permanently delete external content by clicking on the actions dropdown and then selecting delete on the content detail page.
Pro Tip: Tags improve discoverability by grouping related links. Use short, descriptive tags.
